Just go to the party and have fun. If you get a chance to talk with this girl, then great. But, don't go out of your way. It needs to be casual, otherwise you will seem too needy. Focus on meeting other girls. Let her see it if you want to create a jealousy plotline.

No you never draw attention to the awkwardness felt, or the bad vibes, that only makes her remember those vibes and it doesn’t end up well…
And even if she said there were no bad vibes, it still makes you sound insecure and needy which is equally off putting.
So you can’t win by drawing attention to that, so the best thing is to just act like it didn’t happen at all. Never ask a girl if she is angry with you, or if she is upset with you, or if everything’s ok.

If someone ever comes up to me and says "Are you angry?" I might smack them in the face for bothering me.
It seems like she's not into you. She gave you the instagram as a consolation prize but she'll never respond. You prolly blew this one, try again with another girl.
As a large man, I can tell you that I have been asked by female friends to act like her "boyfriend" because a dude wouldn't back off of her so don't just assume that the guy had any investment in you.
