You don't talk to women like you talk to your guy friends.

Women are addicted to emotions, and particularly in context of you being a man and her being a woman. That said, if you get her talking about other things which excite, stimulate, arouse, intrigue, and make her curious - she can make that leap over to you with those feelings. If you then ask her "so what would it be like if you were to discover all of those feelings and properties in a man?"... you're standing right there! Prepare for fireworks!

You can escalate physically without making it sexual (at first). A handshake that lingers just a moment “too long”. A high five . A touch on the arm to emphasize a point in the story you’re telling her. Lean in close to her ear to tell her a “secret.”

The fact that she’s with a friend needn’t be a problem. You can leverage the friend to tease her. Ask the friend “so is she a troublemaker?” Or “So is she a goody-two shoes?” as the case may be.

Disagree with her. It doesn’t mean you have to be an asshole, but it will introduce some tension. If the tension gets too much, you can always break the tension with a (qualified) compliment.

Give her a nickname.

Look for the “we”. Some commonality. “I knew you were alright when I heard you were into X. “We” have to stick together. “They” don’t understand. “You and I are going to get along.”

If she says she likes margaritas, for example, you say “well, if you like margaritas, then, I know a place you have to try.”You don’t actually ask her, so she can’t turn you down.

Guys who can’t hold interest generally have a problem of putting all of their cards on the table too soon. Be enigmatic. Don’t reveal too much too soon. Be a little indirect. Use a little light push/pull. Don’t be too needy— just try to enjoy the process, the banter, for it’s own sake. Ask lots of questions. Have lots of plans for the future to talk about. You don’t actually have to end up doing them, necessarily. Just having them as talking points will help.

You need to bring out topics that would make her feel many emotions, you would also want to make some sexual vibe in your conversation eventually. You should speak quite differently than with guy friends, make your talk passionate and create a connection between you. Also, making seduction approaches without escalating at least minimal physical contact may be strange and confusing for the girl, you need to first break this barrier to move for more.
