Guys are really into their interest. So meeting a guy is a lot like meeting a girl. You talk about a common interest develop a rapport and then have a plan. For example I like some genre of music find some one who likes the same genre. Then talk to them about it and know there is an event coming up and invite them to the event. You then ask for their number so you can plan for the event. Guys do this all the time.
