Have you changed your mind about being friends? If so, great, chat away. If not, you'll need to get firmer with her to get her to stop.

If you want to shut it all down quickly, a firm "I told you wasn't interested in being just friends. Please stop trying to make that happen."

Or you can just ghost her completely, if you're ok with letting her bang her head against the wall for awhile before she realizes it.

The odds of her ever wanting to date are small either way, so don't worry about that. Just handle it how you want to handle it.
