Kind of weird because she obviously works in that hotel, idk. I'm really firm on not dating women where I'm working/staying then, even if it's temporary. I just always imagine the bad drama that might happen and ponder if it's worth it.

Rent an airbnb for last night and seduce her away from where she might get in trouble/be weirded out? It's just one night.

You could say there is a bit of a power dynamic because her wage is so low. However, for a short term thing there doesn’t need to be a problem with it. You aren’t holding any power over her head personally. Be respectful and make sure you wrap up and I don’t see any reason there would be a problem.
