Honestly at some point books become just another way to avoid real social interaction. But I’d probably start with NMMNG, Models by Mark Manson, and maybe book of pook if you don’t have much experience escalating.

Second NMMNG. Because after reading it you will realise that you are the price and you have to make yourself a priority. If you didn't get that after your first walkthrough, then read the book as often as you need to to get that insight.
