Positive reinforcement.

Be happy to see her. Give her a high five when she tells you something positive that she did

If I met the girl once already, the second time I meet her, I will go in for the hug.

Be playful with her, tease her a little bit (if you constantly keep giving her positive reinforcement, she will become uncomfortable, so you got to tease her a bit)

Talk to her the same way, you would talk to your guy friends. (When my friends mess up, on something, usually I tease them the whole night) same thing with the girl. Don't put her on any pedestal

Also very important... Take big breaks when talking to her. Go talk to other people. Don't give her all your attention. Give her space to breathe

And always end on a positive note

She's going to be mirroring your attitude. If you act casual and not nervous, it will ease her nerves. Not completely, but quite a bit. If you act nervous, it will get very awkward very fast though.

From what you've said it's clear she's into you and you shouldn't have much trouble. Go for it.

Put her on blast, tell her this word for word, "Look I know you like me and I like you, will you go out on a date with me?".

You're a man and shouldn't be worried about such things. She is woman and she will be with whatever man she chooses to be with. If she says no, be cool with her anyways. If she says yes, then you got you a girl. Clear up the air, it's one of our superpowers as men. And don't worry about being nervous or scared, just do it anyway. She will most likely chill out regardless of her answer.

And yes I've done this before and it works. And never make her the same offer twice. Nobody gets to front on you, and get a second chance. You got this.
