This is pretty easy to do when you know how to actually flirt.

Also, you can show interest and not care. As in not care whether that interest is reciprocated.

Think about it, is there only one girl you'll ever find attractive in your entire life?

What about at a party, will there only be one girl you find attractive in that environment?

What about walking on the street, will there only ever be one girl you find attractive there, ever?

No? So it's easy to not care even when you show interest because if you show interest to one girl but she doesn't feel the same, you can easily move on to another girl.

I mean, why would you fixate on a girl you've only looked at or talked to for a short time?

A hot girl who you barely know is honestly a petty thing to want. Its as petty as wanting a certain flavor of pizza.

Do you get upset when the flavor of pizza you wanted to buy is sold out for the day?

Wanting a girl only becomes meaningful after you've gotten to know her very well and you two have an unquestionable connection that is verified by your actions (you come out to see each other all the time, you happily do things for/with each other, both of you are extremely enthusiastic about sex with each other, etc)

Expressing your attraction for someone is not the same as making them important to you.

Thank you all for the advice. I still am really learning the basics of all this and how to even start off talking to a girl (getting number, approaching, etc.), so this helps!

You have to be clear with your intentions but not care what the outcome is. You don’t care if the girls wants you or not because you have an abundance mindset and you know you can get another girl anytime you want. When you truly believe that, your mindset will be reflected in your actions.

Here’s an example:

I went out with a girl on Saturday. We hung out a few times in the past but we haven’t talked in over a month. She came over to get a drink with me. I asked her what she’s looking for and she said she’s not emotionally available. I said cool that’s great I’m not looking for anything serious. As the night went on I continued to act like I don’t care what happens with her. Her attitude changed and she started telling me she wants to see me more.

(The needy ‘care too much’ move would have been trying to ask her why she’s not available and trying to win her over to change her mind)

Later that night we’re watching Netflix in my bed. We start talking about sex and she made comments like we aren’t going to do anything. I made a joke and said something like “that’s fine just don’t bring it up if you aren’t going to do anything about it” then I laid back and stopped giving her attention. She ended up putting her head on my chest and rubbing her hands on my body. This escalated to us making out and then sex.

At the end of the night we talked about seeing each other again. I told her sorry I can’t, I’m busy next weekend so she said let’s hangout on a week day soon. I told her no it’s too soon for me and I joked I need some time away from her. Then she told me she was going to leave stuff at my place so she had a reason to come back over and see me.

(The needy ‘care too much’ move would have been changing my plans to see her and immediately jumping on her idea to come back over right away)

One last thing. I’m in a group chat with a few girls. We’re all just friends but we tell each other about all the people we date/hook up with. Anyways I told them this same story and one girl responded this is how you get a girl to catch feelings by doing the bare minimum.

You can freely show interest. The issue is when guys stake their entire happiness and self esteem on whether a specific woman or women respond positively to them.

Not caring doesnt mean not caring. It means not being needy or desperate. Regardless of the girl, your life is still amazing and great. Thats what “not caring” means.

Show interest by establishing the premise that this is not a platonic interaction. Either we fucking or we’re done. And if its the latter then swiftly exit her life.
