Honestly anywhere. Grocery store, supermarket, local events etc. just don’t be creepy. Try to read the girl. If she’s not into you move on. The goal is to get comfortable with people. I’m not a pickup master but I mean that’s where I’m starting.

Just go about your life normally doing things you like or do clubs/bars and if you see a girl you like approach her.

Just make sure you be nice and fuck off immediately if she rejects you or is otherwise not interested and look for the next girl.

Well firstly, it's very hard to do a cold approach when many people are present and watching, therefore, you have to be more subtle about it depending on what type of situation it is.

For instance, you can sit or stand next to the person in question and get a read off their body language, then come up with a neutral question to gauge their engagement. For instance, you can ask her if she knows where something is located, if she minds if you sit down next to her. That shows elegance and class because you're not appearing like a shark about to devour her, and she will lower her defenses.

Then if she seems receptive, you can ask her for her opinion on something. "Do you mind if I ask you if you would know where the best [insert random place] around here?" If she gives you a detailed answer, that means she is interested, if it's a "no, sorry" then she's not interested and you can proceed with caution.

If she gives you a detailed answer, and asks you questions in reciprocity, then at the end of the conversation, you can ask if you can trade contact details or social media details. If she gave you a detailed answer, she will say yes 99.9% of the time.
