Girl and me go on date. She tells me she had a great time (multiple times and won't stop texting me)

Few days later she says she wants to have a pool date (my house) and tan so I tell her to come over. She then proceeds to flake and texts me 6 hours later saying sorry she fell alseep blah blah blah. So I proceed to not text her for a while.

I then run into her in person at grocery store and she tells me "I feel like I'm being ignored" and then says she "feels bad" I just told her don't apologize and had a care free reaction to it.

Fast forward a few days later she texts me a meme to reignite a convo and when things start to "warm up" I say fuck it and ask her out again. She then proceeds to tell me she is busy for the next two weeks and that "we will revisit then." Now I know what people say, "Well if she doesn't give a definitive date then move on, but does saying "we will revisit" count for anything?

So here is my dilemma: My monkey brain wants to see how this plays out, but I don't know how to proceed. When two weeks deadlines (this weekend) should I then give her 1 last chance to come out at so and so date and time. OR do I just have respect for myself and not even try and let her reach out to set something up? I have other options in play, but I will admit I do enjoy hanging out with this girl over others.
