Depends on a lot of things, are you guys actively flirting? Is she touching you? Or showing signs that she wants you to make an advancement? It hard to give good advice with very limited information. My advice would be to first suggest the idea, dont be too forward, just mention it as a joke or whatever (doesnt NEED to be a joke aslong as youre not directly sayin "lets go back to yours") and see how she reacts. If she laughs along and entertains the idea then its quite likely that she'll agree if you do ask. If she reacts negatively to it then you gotta shrug it off and act as if nothing happened. Women are sensitive to changes in our behaviour, if you act all bummed out and stroppy about it she may lose attraction, respect etc.

Again, no idea what the ins and outs are so its difficult to give precise advice but If you really cannot figure it out Id say fuck it and send it. If you get rejected oh well. You'll learn something new for next time and youll be able to sus out the situation much better.

First off, everyone in college is living in weird situations, dorm rooms, crowded apartments with 5 other dudes or their parents. its possible and likely she is in the same boat. So pick a day when the parents are home and take her on back to the house. Or just go to her place. Suggest an activity or some food near her house and you have a natural chain of events. Good luck and stop over thinking shit! Its all in your head!
