So I just took a job in a shop connected to an office full of beautiful women around my age (20-30) and obviously some older ones as well. We have to communicate back and forth and we have the same break room so we’re constantly either communicating or in the same rooms at the same time.

What’s your stance on showing interest in somebody in the workplace? We have a wall of everyone’s bio with their interests and about their self which helps kinda create and opener. Im not going out of my way to make time but if we’re in the same place at the same time I’m starting to try and strike up some small talk but not look to anxious to get a word in with someone. I feel like adding them on social media kinda gives off a creepy vibe.
