Yes but they get constant attention and it’s their job to be friendly. They have limitless options, they are constantly hit on, they have tons of guy friends, they usually have a party lifestyle, they don’t value sex or hook ups very much bc it’s common place and everyone fucks and talks about it that sector of life etc.

so if you cannot handle that and are even slightly needy it’s an issue and also if you don’t want your gf going out getting shitfaced all the time (most of the time they drink a lot bc their references are different and everyone is always drunk so it gets taken to the next extreme) and hanging out with dudes who want to fuck her and she flirts with then you can’t manage it.

you may then tell her you would like her to stop and she might try at first bc you guys like each other but it eventually will be “I want to have fun I like my old life why am I doing this for this person” and then it will fall apart.

OP anyone can tell you anything here, at the end of the day no one knows her, she could be any kind of girl. I saw in one of your comments here that she has a kid, if she does then I bet her life isn’t very flaky and that she’s either looking for something casual that won’t affect her kid (which I don’t think so if she came to your workplace) or she’s looking for something serious and stable that won’t put her kid in a whirlwind. You gotta be upfront with your intentions and tell her she has to be honest too before you guys start anything. If it’s something cas, just go for it without thinking much, if not then think about it be sure if you’re willing to get into a relationship with a woman who has a kid.

Also, she’s most probably working as a bartender because it’s a lot of easy money and it’s in hours where her kid sleeps, she must be sleeping when he’s at school and then up when he’s back

And I doubt she drinks at work if she wants to come back safely to her kid
