The first thing that must be said is that you cannot "make" a girl fall in love with you. Dispel that notion from your head right now. Falling in love with someone is a choice, and even if you could force that choice, you shouldn't want to. That's how a beta male thinks.
Similarly, some girls will chase you even if you've done nothing. A girl chatted me up in the middle of a lake not too along ago, and I was barely aware she was there, as an example. And some girls will never chase you, because they want, even need to be chased.
So what I will tell you about is how to maximize your value so that you improve your odds as much as possible.
Make building up your self-esteem your goal. Identify your insecurities and attack them. If you're not confident about your money, get on your grind. Looks? Go to a gym and get a new haircut.
Be more social for the sake of being more social. Many guys struggle simply because they're not practiced talking to girls they don't know. Forget about getting laid and just talk to them. Women love socializing, especially if you're just being normal.
Don't rearrange your life just because you got some girl's number. Be like Barry Sanders, the Hall of Fame NFL running back. When he scored a touchdown, he'd just hand the ball to the ref. Because to him, scoring touchdowns was no big deal.
The more you build a lifestyle you're happy with, the more women will want to join it. 50% of seduction is enticing a woman out of her boring predictable life and into yours where even if it's not incredible, it'll at least be different and new.
And that's really all there is to it. Mark Manson had it right, the secret to attracting women is non-neediness.
The less you crave womens' approval, the more willing they are to give it.
The less you need women, the more they'll want you.
The happier you are in your own life, without a woman, the less willing a woman will be to let you go.
That is the way.
Last note is this: attracting women is only one half of the battle, the other half is arousing them and getting them to invest in you. But that's another story
