I have seen men with all four fail, and those with none succed. I will say one thing you need is perseverance, because you will get rejected. Its about what you do after.

Then looks.

Money shouldn't even be on your list as it's not important at all.

I would say looks are the most important overall if everything else is average or slightly above average. but every situation is so different depending on the place, time, age, the woman, etc.

If you are going out for the night and trying to meet girls at bars, clubs, events, nightlife; then looks are the most important. To even have a change to get to show off your personality, status, and money the girl has to be drawn to you initially and interested in keeping the conversation going. Just cause you tell them you are a CEO, or just cause you have an expensive table at the hottest club, or just cause you have VIP status you’re going to have a hard time competing with a good looking guy that is average in everything else.

On the other hand if you know this girl from work, or are classmates, or in the same social group or you are in a setting where the intention is not obvious that everyone is trying to get laid; then I would say personality is the most important. If you are a friendly, nice, genuine guy that makes girls feel safe and comfortable with; you have a chance to show off your awesome personality, even if you aren’t the wealthiest, the hottest or at the top of the social ladder.

If you are a businessman and you are traveling around the world meeting important women and meeting them at 5 star hotels and doing business over expensive dinners, then I would say status is the most important.

If you are a woman that is looking for a wealthy man to take care of them financially or to take advantage of the guy for financial reasons, then money is the most important.

As you get older especially mid 20’s it’s more money and status. We live in the era of validation and if you can’t provide that to a woman in some manner, she can find someone who will.
