I've had a couple positive small talks with a neighbor in the next apartment building over. First was when I was super late for work and the the second was while she was at work, wasn't going to ask her then. Earlier I was going to the gym with my female roommate and she was pulling into parking lot. I could see the look of disappointment was she thought I already had a girlfriend. I know next time we chat I should break up the roommate. Just never had this happen and not sure how to broach the topic and get the interest restarted?
