First, you should look at women and make sure they notice . A lot of women like it and it's normal.If they don't know you are interested than you will never get a chance with them. If a women is also interested in you she will blush or play with her hair or give you intense eye contact after noticing you are checking her out. Also you need to be realistic . I'm 25 and it's normal for me to show sexual interest to a 22 year old . If you are like 40 then you need to understand that you might creep her out .

Don't get too sad if a girl doesn't like you, because their are a lot of fish in the sea. I understand it's hard when you don't meet many girls and you are in a small town . That's why you have to venture out more often and your chances will increase . Their had been times a 6.5 rejected me and eventually a 8.5 would be dtf the next time I went out .

Last is to have confidence and look your best . I notice I attract a lot less women when I dress like shit and dont have a good haircut . So try to dress modern and don't dress like a nerd or slob .. Also don't be obese and try to be somewhat fit. I'm not fit but I try to workout some times . I'm 6ft1 200lbs and most ladies don't mind me having a little bit of love handles . Just don't be obese where girls are grossed out so try to be somewhat fit .
