I know people will start shitting on this advice now, but I think you are right here.

30 years ago we did not have PUAs, countless books on dating, Reddit, Tinder and other shit.

And people somehow managed to get together, how?

Also I'm pretty sure they had way better social and seduction skills back then than we do now.

Go out and do it. Practice. And if you think that learning more PUA vocabulary from a book will magically turn you into a seduction god, you're just looking for excuses, because you're scared to take action.

And I'm mainly talking to myself here.

OP is right but I mean we all have a right to think. Especially in the first world. Overthinking isn't healthy no, but it's not like the alternative is "just go do it". Some guys are happy with who they are, want a relationship, but also don't want to become some egocentric toxic machine programmed to only "seduce" every girl they meet. They just want balance. That's all I want, anyway.
