Like the other guy said make eye contact first, if you don’t have that opportunity then get in her field of view first. Think like coming up next to her at the bar on the side she’s facing.

Make eye contact, when you come from behind make sure you place yourself slightly in front of her before saying anything, wave even to be sure. Never touch her from behind or something. Just make sure she notices you coming up to her before saying anything basically…
