I suggest you sit further away from her compared to other situations. Do smile, do convey in tone and body language that this is normal. Especially, don't look tense or worried. Strongly consider a less direct opener.

It would help if you started talking to her as soon as you walk in. Even the three second rule is too long here, just start with hello.
