Only if you know what you're doing.

If you can get a girl to reply to you on Instagram and you actually have game, a reliable and consistent ability to get people to do what you want, then you can definitely make it work. But if you're just gonna be like, "I don't know, I guess I'll just be flirty and hope for the best." then your odds are slim to none.

Depends on what connection you had while you spoke prior and how many followers she has. As a rule of thumb, it ain't really worth it.

Ive done it a few time but rarely works unless i go for a quick meet up. I have a few buddies who supposedly do it on the regular with nothing to lose.
