The easiest way to do it, as I had a similar situation is to go where the best guys and most experienced guys are at and stick around. Don't be a pushover, listen a lot in the beggining, you'll gain a ton of experience just by seeing how they act, their frame, confidence and slowly but surely you'll have enough knowledge and people with a good/decent status to back you up.

Don't be aggressive though, know the hand that feeds you and do the Robert D.J. approach - listen, nod, agree and then do your own thing. Here's an example you want to remember. When i was on my way upping my rep and experience my manager was confronting a dude which knew what he was doing, but didn't know how to explain himself ( was like failing a shit test ) to which I told the manager to shut up, because my coworker knows what he's talking about, he's right and he's only whining like a little bitch distracting us, feeding us wrong information. Long story short, I don't work there anymore.

But at the company i find it hard to be trp because even though i keep an open mind and try to learn whenever i keep my foot down about something its futile because i am dealing with people who have more "experience" and thats what i am told by my manager.

Yeah, this is hard. Bite the bullet, advance your career, stick with it, do what you can. As regards the more experience thing: often they're right and you're wrong. Keep fighting, but don't expect to always win.

Frame shattering happens at every corner otherwise you're considered "hard to deal with" Everyone is super nice and helpful but I can't keep the same frame i did when i was at uni

This is more a career question than a sexual strategy question.

Ultimately you give value everywhere you can, and figure ways to extract that value later. Often this means promotion or better still: promotion to another company.

As a junior you shouldn't be putting your foot down about anything unless it's something serious like abuse. I just started at a new place. I hate some of the paperwork, but I suck it up and just get on with it. Dominance/trp isn't about winning every argument. It'd be better for you if you were the quiet, fluid guy who just did the job he was supposed to do, and rose through the ranks like Jon Snow. That's not weakness, it's patience and strategy. OTOH, it's an internship... if you're not getting paid much, and feel overworked or like they're taking advantge of you, leave.

Let them shatter your frame, learn, and rebuild it stronger. In Hong Kong they use bamboo scaffolding because it bends in the wind.

First of all you shouldn't be gaming women at work, don't shit where you eat. But I assume you are talking about being 'alpha' around your co-workers strictly in a work environment.

I'll give you two extremes you should avoid:

1) You are your boss's best worker, you never say no to a task, and do your work diligently and well. He can always rely on you to get the job done but you don't go too far out of your job description or show much ambition. You are a workhorse and your boss will never want to replace/promote his best worker.

2) You are asking too many questions, annoying your boss, you do your job well and you try to do his job or learn his job as well to help him out. You discuss moving up and show your ambition at every opportunity and your boss feels threatened or is acutely aware that you are not satisfied with your current situation.

Neither of these are the right strategy, at times you have to keep your head down and just listen and learn by osmosis(something a boss told me to do when I was asking too many questions). There will also be times when you can take a leadership role with the blessing of your boss, and you should jump on those opportunities.

As far walking around puffing out your alpha feathers and trying to lead others, don't bother, you are young, your mindset has to be what can I learn from this guy with more experience? Mostly you want to treat everyone with courtesy and respect and be a problem solver not someone who creates drama.

This is very much at odds with RP theory on how you should act with women as it assumes you are dealing with logical pragmatic people not emotional women.

Clearly you haven't because you've essentially created a feedback loop in which you automatically lower yourself because you somehow feel... Unworthy. You go into these situations thinking you're not good enough.
