Known this girl for 2.5yrs and we share a social circle. There's always been a mutual attraction - we've made out twice previously (the last time being pretty much exactly 2yrs ago). Her attraction to me seemed to fade after we made out the second time (I got needy) but we remained friends.

Last 6-9 months I haven't seen her as often and we've been more acquaintances than friends. I took her off the pedastal I once had her on a while ago and have definitely improved myself in pretty much every way since 2yrs ago. I guess that plus absence making the heart grow fonder led to her attraction coming back.

A group of us were out drinking at the weekend and the two of us ended up isolated at one point. She straight up asked me if I wanted to go back to hers, which I did, and we slept together. Sex was good, we fucked twice and she wanted to go again but I was too tired so we went to sleep (not sure if this was the right thing to do?). There was a bit of cuddling and pillowtalk but nothing deep.

The vibe the morning after was a bit odd - not awkward at all but it was more like two mates rather lovers if that makes sense. Neither us mentioned the sex and IDK if she's told anyone (nor do I particularly care). I've no interest in an LTR with her (and pretty sure the feeling is mutual) but would happily plate her.

There's been literally no contact since that night and I don't want to make things awkward, but also don't want to miss out on a potential plate by not saying anything. There's been nothing to suggest she wants to do it again, but there's also nothing to suggest she doesn't so I'm in limbo here.

TL;DR: Had sex with female friend (she initiated). Want to plate her but have no idea if the feeling is mutual since there's been no mention of the sex the morning after and no contact since. Best way to proceed?
