Work out, get the positive energy flowing through your brain, listen to some positive music, I love lofi, old school music, jazz, n blues. Talk to people your close to don't talk about anything negative but something positive yall both can talk about. Watch what you eat. When you wake up say positive things to yourself in the mirror that way you won't be holding yourself back.

Never eliminate excuses or barriers. Always go along with that.

In short- feel the fear (thats natural) and do it anyways.

"The obstacle is the way" First figure out how to attain the tools you need. Then work your ass off and sacrifice what you need to in order to aquire them and fulfill your goals.
