The truth is that in cold approaches, you need for the average man 100 approaches for 1 lay. All my wing men from all ethnicity, and myself who are average looking validate this information.

Even if you're really good looking, expect it to take 50-100 on average. It's the best way in theory since the quality of girls is higher, but be prepared to get rejected a lot. The only girls you'll find online are ran through, that goes for all of them

I got my first lay after 50 approaches.. some of them gave me their numbers and even responded but they ghosted me after 2-3 initial texts. Approaching 50 girls is time consuming especially if you’re a busy person. Just do it for the sake of learning. I’d say once you learn then focus on instant dates coz at least you can get laid because these girls would be showing you interests but the moment you both go your own ways she won’t even remember you. With instant dates at least you get to show her personality and she might give you a chance.

If I approached 10 women, 3 would give me their contact. 2 would flake/not answer and 1 actually show up for the date.

Bare in mind cold approach isnt going to get you that many results. That's not really the point of it. It's a warm up exercise and useful for getting rid of approach anxiety that's key.

Its fundamental to getting good at this game but go in with the correct mindset and expectation.
