Eat celery, it has fiber and presumably other things that that are good for you. It also contains a hormone, andosterone, which is effectively a phermone. It is unclear as to whether it has chronic effects- however I am ok either way as it is good for you and cheap. It definitely has immediate effects so feel free to snack on a stalk before going out to meet women!
Recommend to eat it raw and wash it well to clean off the pesticides.

I am sure this has likely been repeated ad naseum around here, but I have yet to see itentiined oddly enough!
Enjoy and maybe take a liking to bloody marys when you are out, pretty damn good excuse to munch celery In the club!

Increased confidence. Always works. Fun fact: I once stopped having sex with a guy cos I didn't like his smell. I don't mean down there, or that he smelled bad. He was too clean. I couldn't smell his skin and it drove me mad.

A few years ago I bought a bottle of Pherlure when I was drunk. Honestly, I don't even care if it has pheremones in it or not, I lucked out anyway because the cologne itself really works for my body chemistry. Every woman who's smelled it on me has absolutely loved it.

So, long story short, at least I was able to find a cologne that worked well for me and isn't worn by every other guy out there...

I bought some for 25 bucks off amazon. I got' better' results and still use it alot. I know that there is no reason why it should work, but it smells good and I've been getting good results with it. I use it a lot, but don't fuss too much if it i don't have it. meh, the placebo effect is still pretty effective even if you know it's a placebo.

I'm not sure about pheromones but I always wear colonge. I will get alot of compliments from women, saying "you smell good". I'm pretty sure women get the same effect that we men feel when a woman smells amazing (aka intoxicating).

I stick to one kind of colonge too (Aqua de Gio). Memories and feelings can be tied to smells. I know a few girls that will always think of me when they smell Aqua de Gio.

If a girl is close enough to you to smell your stuff, you're already doing fine.
I do notice that if I wear an undershirt that has fresh sweat on it (clean but went to the gym in a few hours earlier, then showered and put back on), girls will bury their faces in my chest and take big whifs.

Two studies which have often been cited as the strongest evidence yet provided for the influence of pheromones on human sociosexual behaviour are those of Cutler et al. [38] and McCoy and Pitino [39]. Both studies employed double blind, placebo-controlled methods and focussed upon the effects of synthetic pheromones on self-reported sociosexual behaviours in young men [38] and women [39]. In the first study [38] 38 male volunteers recorded the occurrence of six sociosexual behaviours (petting/affection/kissing; formal dates; informal dates; sleeping next to a partner; sexual intercourse; and masturbation) over a 2-week ‘baseline’ period. Over the next 6 weeks the volunteers kept the same records while daily applying a male pheromone or a control substance added to their usual aftershave lotion. The authors reported that a significantly higher proportion of pheromone users compared to placebo users showed an increase from baseline in ‘sexual intercourse’ and ‘sleeping next to a romantic partner’. In general 58% of the pheromone group compared to 19% of the placebo group showed increases in two or more behaviours compared to baseline; 41% of the pheromone group compared to 9.5% of the placebo group showed increases in three or more behaviours compared to baseline.

Overall, evidence has been shaky, but it is quite possible that pheromones do play a role in sexual behavior of humans.

Human pheromones are real. Their effectiveness varies considerably from person to person though because they don't play a very big role in humans anymore. We evolved away from that a long time ago.

The biggest problem is that you have no way of knowing how much pheromones is actually in those products on the market. I know I actually asked them once and they pulled the old "company secret" crap on me. I'll bet its not even an effective amount.
