Are you dating material is the first question. The second is dating in college is much more difficult as the mentality is hook up and move on. Remember the girls that are interested in you know you aren't stable, don't have a job, and are looking for a career. How do they know this? Because everyone in college is exactly the same.

Don't put so much pressure on yourself to date in college, if you honestly want just a GF then present yourself as such. If a girl takes an interest in you then slow down and hold out before you drop your pants. If she bails on you due to impatience on her part then she didn't want to date you anyway. Screen better for girls that are looking for relationships and not just hookups.

You are the social chair of your college fraternity. You’re supposed to be having no-strings-attached fun. Do you know how many guys would kill to be in your shoes? Enjoy it.

And if you really really still want to have a relationship after drowning in casual sex, don’t worry, a girl will eventually come along to tie you down for a while.

This is how modern and socially valuable women operate these days.

"Dating" comes organically. If you can't keep your emotions in check, if you're impatient, you're not boyfriend material.

Also, you don't ask if you're dating, and you don't presume your dating, and you don;t try to corral women into exclusivity with words. Assume she's seeing others, and you as well until she brings it up.

If you're fit, good in bed, emotionally-centered and playful, she'll bring it up fast. If you aren't doing all those things, she may never bring it up.

A lot of college girls these days just want to get banged by a few dozen guys before they "settle down" with a boyfriend.

The other possibility is you aren't one of those "dreamy" guys they fantasize about. A romantic, smart or emotional guy that just presses all of their buttons and gives them the need to tell their girlfriends they met 'the most awesome guy ever'.
