Gotcha!!

Hey Im Don Romeo, and Ive been a high-perfoming PUA for well over a decade. I like to help where I can, and today I have a little game for you all. So if youre reading this, lets have your perspective!

There is one rule: You must not look at other peoples answers, nor 'inner game' materials, before you write and post your own. Nor may you edit your answer. Anyone who does so will be beaten with shoehorns and then forced to lick the inner elbows of the sleeves of random strangers.

The game is to answer this one question:

In at least two sentences, explain what 'Inner Game' IS, and either

A. List the subcategories that make it up, or

B. Write what the main ideas of 'Inner Game' are (no more than 2 lines for each)

Remember - you can do this without any help.
