You respond- "What?! you want me to dance with both of you? LOL I'm down but I thought you could handle me yourself! bring it"

If she is human she will laugh at that comment and proceed to throw you a smile(FYI that's your door, brother). You smile back and proceed to close in, keep a hilarious (don't over do it) and cool atmosphere going on; melts most chicks and distracts them from any defect(s) you might have. The defects that made them reject you in the first place.

Just find another girl to dance with. It's really that easy! Most good cubs are filled with a plethora of hot girls that you shouldn't have to waste time with one who wants to beat around the bush. Just do this each time till you find one who is down. This has literally worked for me pretty much almost 100% of the time.

Now, if this is a girl who in your mind is "the one", that's a different story. I'd basically use the tactic by stated by demokata to give it a second shot, and if she doesn't at least find it charming, she's not worth your time.

As a dancer, I just take it in stride and go dance with another girl.

The look on girls' faces after they see me tear up the floor is priceless. Whenever I notice, anyway. I'm usually too into it to remember girls saying "no."

Basically, don't let it get you down. Girls will say no. A lot of them will. Keep dancing.

I don't open by asking to dance. If you must, tell her, don't ask. "Want to dance?" Vs "you and me are dancing", taking her by the hand and leading.

"oh nvm i bet you werent a good dancer anyway" do this in a playfull way. See if she takes the bate, if not say (while prepairing to leave) "if you change your mind mby i can give you some (private) lessons" leave like nothing happend and still having fun.
