I am 22 years old and discovered TRP about 9 months ago while in a depressed state. My life was a mess, I had no goals or ambition and I was abusing drugs and alcohol. The only thing going for me was a love of physical exercise and weights. Life got worse before it could get better. I stopped training, lost my job moved back with my dad and became angry and resentful.
I am only just now starting to piece my life back together. I got a job in a local shop, and just started training again.
What I want to know is how is personal training working for you in a red pill lifestyle and would you recommend it? Is it financially worth it if you are not running a successful business on your own? Are there any tips you would have for someone starting out on this route? Lastly is it possible to become a successful personal trainer without building up a large social media following as this isn't something I would want to do?
