Things for you specifically:

Try to be more self-reliant and resourceful. I checked your submission history and all you do is spam boards with easily answered questions. This is a net-negative on the group and girls in particular don't like feckless men like this.
Stop playing LoL and hit the gym. People in general are drawn to others with cool life experiences. If your main hobby is LoL, I'm gonna go ahead and say that that will preclude you from having cool life experiences.

Things for Asian guys in general:

As much as it sucks, Western people don't really value the stereotypical "Asian" traits. So try to tone down the "nerdiness" and "bowlcut" asthetic. I don't think it needs to be said on this board, but I know guys in their 30s who still rock the Marshall's outfit and Asian Supercuts 'do and wonder why they're not getting girls.
To that end, you don't have to (and shouldn't have to) completely divorce your culture. There are plenty of white girls who have yellow fever going on and they love Asians/Asian culture.
If you live in a real backwoods boondocks type of area, then I'm sorry. It might be difficult for you. If you're in a metropolitan area, you really should have no problem. Unless you're living in San Francisco where it's a complete sausage fest - then you REALLY might have a problem, as male competition is very tough and it's a buyer's (women's) market.
