The reason she didn't go further with you is probably because there were other people in the room. She didn't want to do anything in front of her friends and if you went further, it was going to get pretty intense.

The frame you want to play up in that situation is "You are afraid of what you might do if we take this further". Implying that she will lose control with you because she wants it soooo bad, and she's afraid of losing control.

This is a great frame as it pumps her arousal while setting yourself up as a source of pleasure that she is scared of grabbing. It both sets up her "giving in" in the moment, as well as sets the frame for subsequent encounters where you can basically tease her that she can't control herself around you and keep pushing the idea that she should let herself go around you.

This keeps you in control even though she is the one slowing things down, and important when you reframe how the interaction went down when you talk about it in the future.
