It means that you know they exist, and you're not ashamed of them. Because everyone has insecurities, and trying to pretend you don't have any is ridiculous.

It's sexy because it shows you're a grown-up, mostly. But it's only sexy if owning your insecurities doesn't make you a whining, needy piece of crap. The attitude should be "yeah I have insecurities but I'm still a fun guy to be around", not "my life is hell, please become my substitute mom".

whatever shit you are thrown, own it. don't be afraid to just bring light to what you are or what you're doing. girls ask me if i approach girls on the street often, i literally tell them yes i do it often. most of the time they don't even care for the reason, they wanna see how you respond
