I know how you feel (no pun intended).

I appeal for logic and I'm a bit insensitive at times. It's probably why I reflect back that I was a bit of an asshole to a girl or a bit insensitive.

According to the Briggs Myers personality test (they're not in stone, it is psychology...) I got INTJ. The T stands for thinking which means you don't lie feelings or emotions dictate your decision making.

Explains why I'm good at giving advice but I come off as an asshole.

There's a reason why we call it "demonstrating high value" rather than "having her read over your high value resume."

seriously, try reading the power of now. It's a little new age-y which isn't my thing AT ALL, but there are good techniques in there on how to shut off your mind.

Ignore the new age crap, but it's definitely valuable.

Be descriptive, alot. Men are very objective while women are subjective. Why do you think 50 shades of grey is such a hit? Have you read it, it is EXTREMELY descriptive, specially in the matter of sex.

Try telling stories with a lot of words that spark emotions(generally good). Like... windy breeze, freedom, liberty, etc.
