First off, looks have nothing to do with a woman being attracted to you. A woman is biologically on a instinctual subconscious level attracted to a man because he displays the traits of a suitable male mate (Confidence, not being a pushover, standing up for himself, not letting her walk all over him, not being overbearing and/or clingy, etc. that can protect her and their possible offspring.

If you do not display these traits, she will not have or will lose all attraction to you. She will choose a guy who is ugly and/or fat that is confident in himself and not a pushover over a handsome and/or muscular guy who lets women walk all over him and has low self-esteem. For women attraction is not based on looks, but on dominant, confident personality traits.

Money is the same thing. Having money can be interpreted as being a dominant male, but all it really is at the end of the day is an illusion of confidence. Even if at first it may she is interested in you for that, she will quickly lose interest after she finds out that you are not a confident person and that money is all you have to offer her. You have to make sure she is with you for you, not for anything else. Being financially successful is something to be proud of, but if a woman is with you for that alone then its a real possibility that she is just using you.
