I was at a bar last night and saw two women standing there at a table and these were some really drunks dudes talking to them kind of off and on. They did not look like they were having a good time. I was with three buddies and they keep giving me crap for not going up to one of them and saying hello. We kept making eye contact so I figured I would give it a shot. After about 20 minutes of me thinking about it, I finally had the balls to just go up and talk to them. Long story short, the conversation was literally the most awkward thing I've ever been a part of. I tried to just make conversation and it was going nowhere fast. I eventually just walked off but I guess I was glad I just had to nerve to approach them in the first place. I have read a lot about dealing with rejection on here but for some reason it is just sticking in my head. It has been a really long time since I've even tried approaching women at a bar but I have to keep practicing so it's not as awkward.
