delete all porn and block all the sites that you go to.

I went beyond this and unfollowed all ig thots that would give urge. I also leave my favorite fetish subreddits. you really don't want to be looking at things that sexual women and give you urges. You'll be surprised by how much content we look that can seen as sexual.

2) Find new things to new things to replace the time with. Make sure they are productive things. Reprogram your brain to do other things rather than jack off. When you feel the urge to masturbate then pick up a book and start reading or go to the gym. Find new hobbies or work on your goals in life.

It's very important to find things that aren't video games that will keep you busy.

3) find out the reason for excuses. Some guys need to jack off before they go to sleep. Instead of jacking off get sleep medicine or exercise to get rid of the extra energy. if you just off because you're alone spending more time around a friend or join a group that gets you out of the house.

You have to be patient and understand you will relapse. You only don't have to quit cold turkey and I don't recommend it. Try bringing it down to once and week and masturbate to pictures they make you use your imagination. Porn desensitizes and gives us a false perception of women and sex when you start masturbating to pictures of "real women" you don't make your brain only be attracted to girls in the videos. Healthy Masturbation is much more beneficial and still comes with the same effects. In a couple of weeks you should have more energy and feel more positive.

When I seeing how long I could go without masturbating I started being able to feel sexual tension, and I started feeling more aggressive. Not masturbating gave me new motivation to go out and meet more girls. My mind felt clearer and my standards on looks when down because I just wanted to laid. Learn how to control your mode and body. Don't let urges control you.

I’ve seen an interpretation of this proverb which is a unique spin on addiction. If you declare “I’m going to quit alcohol”, the actions you take to do that is a negative and you’re trying to force it away.

If you simply don’t drink, take it day by day, like just don’t do it but it’s not like you’re making a decision to not do it.. but that strong temptation comes from the resistance in your mind.

Counting days does it for me. When I say “yes! I haven’t watched porn in 4 days” it becomes some some sort of mental battle to overcome the next day, if I just don’t do it and not think about it, I can go a lot longer than if I consciously am

It’s a bit of a subtle concept I hope you understand what I mean.
