This has happened to me way too many times and I just cannot come to a conclusion.

I've just had, many single girls approaching me to hang out randomly: whether it's to chill or take walks or study together. We chill one-on-one so it really helps getting to know each other and makes opening up easier. You're mostly thinking the same thing, "Oh lucky guy gets approached from girls!", not so lucky though. I don't really know why these girls approach me in the first place, issue #1.

Now I was thinking, maybe they have no friends or something and just wanna meet new people, it's a possibility. But I can't just help think the fact that they were interested in the first place. We chill, are having fun, laughing, physical contact occasional times, I never do anything that would get me friend-zoned.

After 4 or 5 times hanging out, we start telling our stories: our past relationships, one-night stances and everything; this is where I start to worry, being friend-zoned and all. To ensure, I usually stay away from talking about my ex-es cause I learned that it was a big nono unless you wanted to be friend-zoned, but it seems like I already was in every situation.

Next typical phase starts, they start getting close to me and telling me everything about their life. I tolerate it and I'm stuck thinking, what got me here in the first place? This has happened to me 4-5 times already, how can I be friend-zoned that many times in a row when the girls approached me first?

I am not gay, I am straight, they all know that. I am not buff, small body fit, toned body, I don't look my age though. 22, I look like I'm 19, I was thinking that was the problem. I'm not ugly, they all say they I'm cute, and on outings, handsome.

They all say I'm a good listener. I have about 5 different close female friends now (pretty much same story with all of them) with no sex. I am not a passive beta guy. I see myself as an passive alpha assertive guy. I tease constantly and they love it. I can make them laugh no problem. Yet, always end up with yet another female friend.

I guess I don't really appreciate female friends so much, maybe that's one of my problems too. They seem to need a good listener or a friend sometimes to chill. I don't really have that many girlfriends since I see myself as pretty independent and I can handle my own problems by myself.

What is going on. I am flattered that I am approached all the time but I always get the wrong impression. This has happened to me five times already, I still don't get it. I obviously can't talk to any of them about it since they're living through the same story. Really need other people's insights to tackle this.
