I've heard all the reasons why it's wrong to go for someone at work and I understand, we both wanna keep our jobs.

I'm leaving my job though next month for another one and was wondering, would it appropriate to ask her out for a movie or dinner like, on my last day? Or maybe after I leave? Or maybe I shouldn't even go for her at all?

We just get along and tease each other non-stop and the escalation is killing me. We've been working together for a year.

EDIT: I never see her out of work, only at work five times a week. Thought it might be awkward to hang out outside of work. I never had the courage to do that cause I didn't wanna make things awkward since I already see her 4-5 times a week. With the exception of social events with all staff members, never hung out outside of work. Also, I'm 21, she's 24... However, I know she's been a five-year relationship in the past and I've been in a four-year and a three-year so we're both experienced. Working with her, I know we communicate well together.
