What approach anxiety program is this? And what is your goal(s)? Good job so far. Stay consistent. Doing little drills like this will help build confidence socially, but the key is consistency. Don’t allow yourself to make any excuses throughout the duration of the program.

Go slow. Take your time if you don’t make your goal because your taking your time you’re good. Quality over quantity every day matters. I’d (a woman) be more receptive to someone saying hi or seeing a heart felt smile.
