I'd recommend The Game, maybe some of Gambler's stuff, and Juggler's stuff, but overall if you want to see how it works I'd recommend most modern romance shit. Over the years I think chick-flicks have become a little more realistic. I'd also recommend virtually any modern "teen" movie (along the lines of Superbad) because it'll help you get in a good mindset. For real flirting though, it's all situational- you can't really just watch/read something and then know what to do. You have to experience it.

If you're already decent at it, you're in a good spot (I would describe myself as "decent")- you just need to capitalize on your opportunities. If a girl's laughing at shit and you have a good vibe going, DON'T LET IT DIE (unless you do it on purpose)- fucking kiss that girl or do something as soon as you feel like it's about to be awkward.
