Going to say right off the bat that I'm socially retarded and have an extensive history of not understanding social cues. So if I'm giving glances (not stares) at a girl I dont know who I'm attracted to, and I'm noticing shes glancing at me multiple times too, and sometimes catching her glancing at me and she keeps a neutral expression, is it most likely that I'm not creeping her out? If I'm not staring (just brief glances at her face) and she keeps looking back? I just had this encounter with a pretty girl at the beach where she and I kept looking at each other several times. We made eye contact like 20 times. And this back and forth eye contact glancing has happened several times with other girls I was attracted to in random places too. I've never smiled or anything, I would also keep a neutral expression. I'm extremely paranoid I'm "that guy" that might accidentally make girls feel uncomfortable and then worry they're only looking back at me to see if "the creepy guy" is still glancing at them. Am I just being paranoid or is this a justified worry?
