Fast forward 2 months and she messaged me a Youtube video saying that i look like the guy in the video but am way cuter. What does this mean? Do i still have a chance? What should i do? Should i try to ask her out again or play it cool?

Strange creatures... but seriously, i read that you were trying to get with her "for months", which would imply that you were chasing her., and i guess you stopped chasing her when she didn't respond. Now, what do you think happens inside a girls mind when a guy is chasing her like crazy? She will feel so wanted, and attractive. It will inflate her ego to a gigantic bubble. So, what happens when said ego boost is suddenly lost, because the guy stops chasing? She will suddenly start to feel insecure, and think that she's not attractive anymore. She will fall into a cycle of self doubt "why does this guy suddenly lose interest in me? Am i ugly?"...

Time passes, and she hopes that the guy will start chasing again... but he doesn't. The only thing she can do is to bait him, so she does what she knows will work on any weak little worshipper, she gives said guy a compliment, thinking he will start chasing her again. And now here you are, you made her wonder about you, which was great, and she came back to you. Now you should not get back into chasing her, because you will end up in the same entertainer spot as before. Apply your knowledge about push and pull, make yourself into a rare commodity to make her chase you. Only this way you might have a chance with her, if she is interested in the first place.
