Have a good date? Really like the girl? Go out and meet another one. Don't sit at home and wait for texts or ponder over whether something you said was taken poorly or if she likes you etc. etc.

Basically, do anything to get out of the house and get your mind off her.

I think the whole "wait for her to text" game first is really retarded. Yes, it would be a good IOI, but it's also childish and stubborn to expect a girl to go out of her way to text you. If you don't wait for a girl to a conversation by pulling you, or give you IOIs to kino or kiss her, then why wait for her to initiate a text conversation? Be a man and show some initiative. Showing interest in a girl isn't "beta". You just have to make sure you're not over-doing it. Text her with some in-joke from your date, then set up the next date. It's not rocket science. Being "alpha" isn't about coming off as aloof, it's about doing what you want without worrying about what people are thinking about you. If you really had such a great date, and then you refuse to text her afterward, she's going to interpret it either as a sign of no interest, or that you're being incredibly lame and expecting her to initiate.

Wait one day for no contact, then call her to set up another date. If she doesn't pick up, text her, "Hey, call me back whenever you're free." And if she calls you back, be yourself, tell her you want to see her again, tell her the plans, and if she says no ask her if another time would work better, if she's vague say "No problem, let me know if you want to get together sometime," and say bye. If she accepts, you're good.

Alpha goes after what he wants without caring. Beta thinks and ponders and shit.

Just set up the next date. You're over-thinking it, if she's willing to go out with you again, and she knows you're sexually attracted to her, then she's going out with you because she likes you too.

Take her somewhere unique and exciting and make sure that you use some sort of macguffin to get her back to your place at the end of the night. (Here's an article on MacGuffins)

One last thing. Don't text/call/facebook her too much - just set up a time and place to meet and get her to agree. A connection is better built in person than over the phone.
