Get some rythm.

I have been obsessed with the idea of appearing charismatic for a long time and found a lot of advice that either just goes over the head or is hard to implement.

The simplest trick I've found is to time your speech and accompanying movement to a simple beat. Now the pace of this beat can change based on the circumstance and what you are trying to convey but it instantly grounds you and helps you assert your presence. It also makes it easy to ignore any distractions which will make you appear a bit more...alpha.

All you have to do is the following:

1) Imagine a beat in your head. For seduction it would match something like that of a nice slow RnB song (not Cradle of Filth)

2) As you speak try to space out your words to follow this beat (don't be a robot, add some "humanization"). And of course communication is alot about not saying anything too so add some silence to this beat and continue at the same pace.

3) Your body or gestures can also be timed to this (hopefully slow) beat. This instantly creates an aura that makes you appear bigger than what you would appear than if you were still. It also "dampens" any jittery micromovents you subconsciously show from being anxious. Alot of preachers use this technique by wearing large robes and swaying from side to side to achieve this aura during sermons.

It may appear weird and robotic to begin with but overtime sticking to an internal rythm becomes second nature. The end goal is to get people to start following your rythm during an interaction, even if it is them doing the talking to the rythm of your body! When that happens, it comes easy to attract and influence them.

If you want to see this at work, checkout some videos of charismatic people. Alot of rappers and even Elon Musk does this. In contrast, observe someone generally uncharismatic. They will generally be erratic with their body movements and speech constantly changing with each stimulus (like Bernie Sanders)
