Don't get too hung up about it. If I were you I would have made plans when you met her if possible. Doesn't have to be concrete. Just something like "Coffee next week?" Or any enjoyable date like plan.

But anywho, I would just be direct with her. I wouldn't say "Hey you must've missed it" or acknowledge the first message. That can come off as slightly whiney or needy. That's just me though. Flat out ask her out on a date. Hell, maybe even call her. Show confidence and dont beat around the bush. If she ignores it, move on.

You shouldnt be invested but you should follow up hard on your number. I did a hotseat with Todd from RSD and he said the main thing that seperates a guy who gets laid consistently is escalation and following up hard on mumbers. You have nothing to lose at this point. If you get silence your next text should be value bringing.

Next time make your first text more blazé, relaxed, nonchalant.

I just text my first name after i met this girl then let her bake for a few days.

Then I text her, 'what are you doing tonight' or 'where are you'. Depending if she is busy I will follow up with 'hang out with me' and go from there.

And pls don't tell her she is beautiful, if you REALLY HAVE TO compliment her.. (I banged more girls without compliments than with.. unless you call 'your lips feel so good around my..' a compliment)...

Tell her something like 'i like those shoes on you' or stuff like that, not just her overall appearance or face, she hears that dozens of times.
