She's already doing what you want her to do, and people in general don't like to be told what to do. Why mess it up? You can't make her do anything by showing her RPW. You can instead only lead by example, maintain that leadership, and see if she maintains her end. If she does, great. If not, find someone who will, or simply live for yourself for awhile.
