I've been there (as has almost every guy.) Believe it or not, there are lots of psychology books I've read, specifically sports psychology that actually help. One tip that is very helpful, just trust it, is to continuously feed the voice of positivity in your head. You can't always get rid of negative thoughts, but you can replace them with positive ones. So instead of thinking to yourself "DON'T FUCK THIS UP!" Just say to yourself, "If she doesn't like my qualities, she doesn't deserve me." I know the last line might sound cheesy, but guys who are good at this think this way.

Hey, I don’t know how old you are but for reference I’m 21. I’m not Ryan Reynolds level attractive, but for most of my teen years I’ve been able to garner girls’ attention only to drive them away with my awkward, overthinking self.

I’ve gotten better over the past year or so and I’d say the biggest improvements came from working out, meditating, and quitting porn.

I know they sound completely irrelevant to your question but I promise you they’re not. They’ve helped my self confidence drastically and pulled me out of my head. Even if you’re not getting the physical results immediately, the mental pump that you get is incredible.

Outside of that, I’d suggest making female friends without the intention of having sex with them or dating them.

honestly, as a female, i’d want a guy who is REAL, not some pressured “fake” version of himself. if she can’t love you for your awkward self and try to grow with you and help you, she just isn’t the one man.

also, i struggle with saying dumb things on dates, so i usually just laugh it off. but if she can’t accept that you’re trying and doing your best, let her go

Whenever I interacted with this one thing in mind (sleeping with the girl), I failed, even in the most favorable circumstances. I succeeded only when I was not trying. This is my experience. In my case game was down to not using game at all.

I get where you are coming from. U have 2 options: either you fight your way through and learn to not missstep throughout your dates and sell yourself as something you arent. Or you say Fuck it and be exactly what you are, Because that will ultimately be what she is dealing with in the future. I myself come clean right at the beginning of dates and tell her she gets a full blast of my real personality , which is veryvery important because it might save you from a few fuckups lateron. This mostly has a very positive effect making the date easier and not so square as they used to be. If she doesnt feel you the way you are, she can srsly kiss your ass. No need to be playing rigged chess against you.

You have low confidence and bad inner game, no technique on earth will help you. Look as much as good as you possibly can, dress better , get a great haircut, make money , make friends, improve your life. And then you can fix this issue. You can never mask low self esteem with techniques, it will brust out on her face eventually...
