I have one rule in times like this: Be bold but do not be needy, if you want something go for it. Tell he lets go get a drink and talk about your vacation. If she says no, you are no worse off then you are today.

That's an interesting predicament. The hardest part will be what I will term the "re-approach." I would initiate hangouts with the mutual friends and try and steer them toward places where you're likely to run into her.

Once this happens, game her like she's a new person (because, in a sense, she is after having traveled and been away for so long). Attraction, Comfort, Seduction. Boom!

Just look at this as another set. You're at a club on a Friday night, you open about 10 sets. This one girl, you had a good convo with her but it looks like a dead end. Move on to the next one.
