IMO the game isn't in your hands anymore. The easiest thing to do is ask her out drinking again. If she says yes then she probably wouldn't mind a repeat. If she says no or adds any conditions then it's game over unless she changes her mind.

Kino, DHV, don't be clingy, invite her to things by saying "hey, i'm going here. You should come if you want to have fun" or whatever. Don't go out of your way to see her. Act confidently. Escalate Kino and be honest if she ever asks where you see this going.

Contact her to see if she wants to chill.

Take her out, make her laugh, be a little stand-offish the whole night (while escalating physically), and then kiss her at the end, from there: thats up to you buddy.
